What data we collect and why
We collect data in two situations: through visitor analytics and via the contact form.
Visitor analytics (Google Analytics)
If you have accepted analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4. It anonymously collects data such as:
- Page views and time spent on pages
- Device type and browser
- Geographic location (city level)
- Referral source (where you came from)
Data is used solely for improving the website. IP addresses are anonymised and individual users cannot be identified.
Contact form
When you submit the form, we collect the information you provide:
- Name and company
- Email address
- Message and selected service
Data is used solely to handle your enquiry. The form operates through the Web3Forms service.
Cookies
This website only uses cookies if you have accepted them. Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
- _ga – distinguishes users. Valid for 2 years.
- _ga_G-1Y6WWJKQTN – stores session state. Valid for 2 years.
Your consent is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It is not a cookie and is not shared with third parties.
Data retention and third parties
Google LLC – Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. Google may transfer data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. More information: policies.google.com/privacy
Web3Forms – The service used to transmit form submissions. Form data is forwarded to your email and is not stored permanently on Web3Forms' servers. More information: web3forms.com/privacy
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Obtain information about the data we hold about you
- Request rectification or erasure of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time (cookie settings in your browser)
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
